SUMMARY OF PRICE CHANGES FOR JANUARY 1st 2023

Dear Valued Customers.
Due to the continued price increases on raw materials from all of our vendors, we must implement a price
increase on some manufactured and distributed products that we supply to your company.
With the increase on fuel, and the continued labor shortages, it has forced all of our vendors to continue to
increase raw material prices.
At this time, we must implement the following price increases, effective on January 1st, 2023
